摘 要:针对我国公路桥涵设计规范仅给出混凝土箱梁的温度梯度模式,并未涉及波形钢腹板箱梁温度梯度模式的不足,本文鉴于2种箱梁结构的构造特点及力学性能的差异,对某波形钢腹板连续箱梁桥进行了为期1 a的温度效应观测。研究了其日照温度场分布规律,提出了波形钢腹板箱梁温差计算模式;且基于温度梯度模式得出了箱梁桥面板的横向内力。结果表明:箱梁桥面板同一高度各测点的温度变化规律一致,沿桥面板横向的各测点混凝土温度变化规律均呈正弦曲线变化趋势;基于二维温度梯度模式的结构力学方法计算结果与有限元结果吻合,可以为该地区波形钢腹板箱梁温度效应产生的温度应力值提供参考。In the design code of highway bridges and culverts in China, the temperature gradient mode of concrete box girder is given, but the temperature gradient mode of corrugated steel web box girder is not given. Considering the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of the above two box girder structures, the temperature effect for a period of one year was observed with respect to a continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs. The distribution law of its sunshine temperature field was studied. A calculation model of temperature difference of these box birders with corrugated steel webs was developed, and based on the above temperature gradient mode, the lateral internal force of this box girder bridge deck was obtained. The results show that the temperature variations of each measuring point at the same height of the box girder bridge deck are consistent. The temperature variation law of concrete at each measuring point along the transverse direction of the bridge deck shows a sinusoidal trend. The computation result of the structural mechanics method based on the above two-dimensional temperature gradient model is consistent with the finite element results. It can provide reference for the temperature stress value generated by the temperature effect of corrugated steel web box girder in this area.
