摘　　要：介绍40万t/a硫酸生产装置紧急停机系统在运行中存在的主要问题,分析问题产生的技术原因,通过完善电气仪表信号采集、改进DCS系统逻辑处理等技术措施,提高了硫酸生产装置故障紧急停车联锁控制的可靠性和准确性,实现了装置的安全稳定生产。The main problems existing in the operation of emergency shutdown system of 400, 000 tons/a sulphuric acid plant were introduced. The technical causes of the problems and formulates technical measures for improvement were analyzed. The reliability and accuracy of interlock control system for emergency shutdown of sulfuric acid production plant were improved by improving the signal acquisition of electrical instruments and the logical processing of DCS system. The safe and stable production of the plant was realized.
