摘 要:本文针对田湾核电站二期工程主给水泵振动超标缺陷,结合其结构特点、管系布置等,开展了一系列振动原因排查工作,通过振动、模态测试,分析出结构共振是其振动超标的主要原因。最终通过对泵组底座进行灌浆加固,提高固有频率,解决了主给水泵组振动超标缺陷。In view of the defect of main feed pump over-vibration of phase II project in Tianwan nuclear power plant, combining with its structural characteristics, piping layout and etc, a series of investigations on vibration causes are carried out in this paper. Through vibration and modal tests, it is found that structural resonance is the main reason for over-vibration. Finally, through grouting reinforcement for the pump set foundation, its natural frequency is improved, and the defect of main feed pump over-vibration is solved.
