协同推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的实践与启示:基于江西三地的调研

摘　　要：协同推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴,是现阶段"三农"工作的关键和核心任务,也是确保我国如期实现全面建成小康社会和实现全面现代化的重要支撑。从促进产业扶贫与产业兴旺的协同、促进移民扶贫与生态宜居的协同、促进志智双扶与乡风文明、治理有效的协同三个方面对江西瑞金市、井冈山市和修水县三地协同推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴实践进行剖析,并提出三点启示:协同推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴应坚持系统思维、土地使用制度创新是脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴协同推进的重要抓手、村集体组织是脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴协同推进的关键。Cooperative promotion of poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation is the key and core task of the current“three rural”work as well as the important support to ensure that China achieves the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the all-round modernization as scheduled.In this paper, the practice on coordinated promotion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Ruijin,Jinggang? shanand Xiushui in Jiangxi Province were analyzed from three aspects:Promoting the synergy of industrial poverty alleviation and industrial prosperity,promoting the synergy of migrant poverty alleviation and ecological livability,and promoting the dual support of aspiration and wisdom and rural civilization,and effective governance.Accordingly,it is important to adhere to systematic thinking,innovate land use system,and give full play to the key role of village collective organizations in the coordinated promotion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
