摘　　要：目的:探讨ERAS专职护士实施标准化管理流程对开胸肺癌根治术患者中的影响。方法:将2017年1月～3月58例开胸肺癌根治术患者作为对照组,实施围术期常规护理模式。将2017年4月～6月62例开胸肺癌根治术患者作为干预组,设置ERAS专职护理岗位,专人负责开胸肺癌根治术患者围术期护理工作,实施标准化管理流程,比较两组干预效果。结果:两组患者术后下床活动时间、胸管留置时间、住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症发生率及满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:设立ERAS专职护士实施标准化管理流程可加快开胸肺癌根治术患者手术康复,缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized management process applied by ERAS full-time nurse on patients with radical thoracotomy for lung cancer.Methods:A total of 58 patients undergoing radical thoracotomy for lung cancer from January to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and the perioperative routine nursing mode was implemented.From April to June 2017,62 patients with thoracic lung cancer radical resection were set as the intervention group,ERAS full-time nursing post was set up,and dedicated person was responsible for perioperative nursing work of patients with thoracic lung cancer radical resection.Standardized management process was implemented in the intervention group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in postoperative activity time,thoracic tube indwelling time,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,postoperative complication rate and satisfaction( P <0.05).Conclusion:The standardized management process applied by ERAS full-time nurse on patients with radical thoracotomy for lung cancer can accelerate the surgical rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical thoracotomy for lung cancer,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce treatment costs,and improve satisfaction.
