摘　　要：在当前快速城镇化、经济快速发展的背景下,传统村落正迅速的锐减。以贵州省云舍村为例,指出其现状及存在的问题,从国家政策、法律法规和相关规范等政策文件方面提出保护的思路与方法,以期实现保护与发展的共融性与可持续性,为欠发达地区山地传统村落保护与发展提供方法参考和借鉴。Under the background of rapid urbanization and rapid economic development,traditional villages are rapidly decreasing.Taking Yunshe Village in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper points out its present situation and existing problems,and puts forward the ideas and methods of protection from the aspects of national policy,laws and regulations,and relevant norms,in order to realize the compatibility and sustainability of protection and development.It provides reference and reference for the protection and development of mountain traditional villages in underdeveloped areas.
