新疆在校大学生创业意愿影响因素研究——基于SEM模型和交叉统计分析

摘　　要：本文以新疆16所高校的2918份创业意愿调查数据为样本,采用结构方程模型,验证了个体特征、学历背景、创业动机、创业教育、家庭条件、社会环境等影响大学生创业意愿的6个因素。结果表明:社会环境是最主要的影响因素,其直接标准化系数为0.66;创业教育与创业意愿存在显著的正向因果关系,其直接标准化效应大小为0.28,间接效应为0.09,总效应为0.37;学历背景与学生的创业意愿呈负相关关系,且其负效应值为0.34。并用个体特征在意愿表达、兴趣表达、创业动机、时机偏好、认知支持、政策了解、活动了解进行了交叉统计分析。其结果为:目前新疆在校大学生创业意愿不强,有22.10%的学生可能会选择创业,只有4.1%的学生表示一定会去创业,因而如何激发大学生创业意愿将是"大众创业、万民创新"时代的一项重要工作。The paper takes the investigation data from 2918 college students in 16 universities in Xinjiang on students’entrepreneurial intention as the sample and uses Structural Equation Model(SEM)to study 6 factors which influence college students’entrepreneurial intention:personal traits;educational background,entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial education,family conditions and social environment.It is concluded that social environment is the key influential factor whose direct standardization coefficient is 0.66;There is a significant positive causality between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention,whose direct standardization effect is 0.28,indirect effect 0.09,and gross effect 0.37;there is a negative correlation between educational background and entrepreneurial intention whose negative effect value is 0.34.The paper makes a cross statistical analysis of personal traits in expression of will,interest expression,entrepreneurial motivation,timing and preference,cognitive support,policy understanding and activity understanding.It is concluded that college students in Xinjiang have weak entrepreneurial intentions at present.22.1%students will probably choose entrepreneurship and only 4.1%students will surely choose entrepreneurship.Therefore it is a difficult task for colleges to arouse students’interests in entrepreneurship but it is an important work.
