摘 要:以华南12号木薯种茎为试验材料,分别采用不浸种(ck),清水(ck_0),5,20,40,60 g·L^(-1)石灰水浸泡木薯基部、中部和顶部茎段14 h,研究各处理对木薯苗生长的影响。结果表明:基部和中部茎段的出苗率及成活率均显著高于顶部茎段;浸种处理的出苗率均高于不浸种处理,以清水和20%石灰水浸种为优。结论:基部和中部茎段优于顶部茎段,推荐清水和20 g·L^(-1)石灰水进行浸种技术。Using the cassava stem of South China 12 variety as material.It was studied the effects of lime soaking treatment on the growth of cassava stem under without soaking(ck),Pure water(ck 0),5,20,40,60 g·L^-1 lime concentration to soak the basal,middle and top cutting for 14 hours.The results showed that the rate of emergence and survival of the basal and middle cutting were significant higher than those of the top cuttting.The rate of emergence of soaked treatments were higher than that of ck 0 or 20 g·L^-1 lime concentration were better among soaked treatments.In conclusion,the basal and middle cutting are better than that of top cutting.0 and 20 g·L^-1 lime concentration treatments are recommended.
