摘　　要：大陆台资企业转型升级已成趋势,但相关风险也随之而来。尤其是在全球多边经贸体制被削弱,经济增长趋缓的大环境下,这些风险更为明显。其中不仅有企业内部管理不当或外部环境直接引发的企业层面风险,同时还有因企业转型升级过程中间接引发的产业与区域经济社会发展风险。本文试图从企业、产业、区域三个层面分析台资企业转型升级中可能产生的风险,以期为大陆台资企业及各地区政策制定者更有效地预防和管控风险,促进台资企业完成转型升级提供一定依据和参考。The transformation and upgrading of Taiwan Residents enterprises in China's Mainland has become a trend,but the risks of transformation and upgrading have also come.Especially in the context of the global multilateral economic and trade system being weakened and the economic growth slowing down,the risk of transformation and upgrading of Taiwan Residents enterprises is more obvious.There are not only enterprise-level risks caused by improper internal management or directly caused by the external environment.At the same time,there are risks of industrial and regional economic and social development that are indirectly caused by the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading.This paper attempts to analyze the risks in the transformation and upgrading of Taiwan Residents enterprises from the third level of enterprise-industry-region,in order to provide some reference for the enterprises and policy makers to prevent and control risks more effectively and smooth the development of Taiwan Residents enterprises.
