摘　　要："台日贸易协定"的签订,开启了国民党迁台后的台湾对外贸易,为日后与日本贸易的顺利进行及贸易额度的增加奠定了基础。对刚刚败退到台湾的国民党当局来说,"台日贸易协定"既解除了缺乏外汇难以开展大宗贸易的窘境,获得了恢复经济所急需的各种物资,又在"外交"困境中争取到一个有力的"盟友",起到了提振经济稳定民心的作用。The signing of the Taiwan-Japan trade agreement opened up Taiwan's foreign trade after the Kuomintang moved to Taiwan,laying the foundation for the smooth trade with Japan and the increase of trade quota.At the same time,for the Taiwan authorities,they have relieved the shortage of foreign exchange and difficulty in carrying out large trade,and obtained all kinds of materials needed to restore the economy.Another powerful ally in a diplomatic quagmire.This has helped boost the economy and the people's confidence of the Kuomintang,which has just retreated to Taiwan.
