摘　　要：科技情报服务机构是我国特色新型智库体系的重要组成部分。从全球科技智库发展趋势特征来看,强化和凸显科技智库功能,我国科技情报机构具有功能基础、载体基础、方法基础、产品基础等方面独特优势。传统科技情报服务机构可以通过明确科技智库融合化发展目标选择、增强支持决策(预判)精度、在思想市场中彰显独立性、打开人才流动"旋转门"、蕴储自身社会影响力等多方面路径,夯实自身科技智库创新发展的内生能力,实现再发展。Scientific and technological intelligence service is an important part of the new type of think tank system.Judging from the development trend of science and technology think tanks around the world,China’s science and technology intelligence agencies have unique advantages in terms of functional basis,carrier base,method base and product base.The traditional science and technology intelligence service organizations can make clear the choice of integrated development goals for science and technology think tanks,enhance the precision of supporting decisionmaking(pre-determination),demonstrate independence in the ideological market,open the“revolving door”for the flow of talents,and store their own social influence.In order to strengthen the endogenous ability of innovation and development of science and technology think tank,we can realize the further development by storing the social influence and so on.
