乡村振兴战略视角下地方农业院校的新变革

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,意味着"三农"发展进入了新时代,将在三个方面推动地方农业院校实现新变革:一是乡村振兴战略是具有中国特色的农业农村现代化道路新实践,要求地方农业院校运用系统思维思考服务模式,整合校内外学科力量,为乡村振兴提供整体性支撑;二是乡村振兴战略与健康中国战略相辅相成,需要地方农业院校从"服务三农"提升为"服务人民营养与健康";三是乡村振兴战略需要新型复合型人才支撑,将推动地方农业院校人才培养模式和资源保障体系新变革。针对乡村振兴战略提出的新需求,地方农业院校在学科发展模式、人才培养模式、社会服务方式等方面还存在若干需要解决的问题。对此,地方农业院校已经开始推动自身在这三个方面的变革。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy means that the development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”has entered a new era,which will promote the local agricultural universities to realize new changes in three aspects:first,the rural revitalization strategy is a new practice of agricultural and rural modernization with Chinese characteristics,which requires local agricultural universities to think about service modes by systematic thinking,integrate the strength of disciplines inside and outside the school,and provide overall support for the rural revitalization strategy;Second,the rural revitalization strategy and the health China strategy complement with each other,requiring local agricultural universities to upgrade their services from"serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers"to"serving people s nutrition and health";Third,the rural revitalization strategy needs the support of new interdisciplinary talents,which will push forward the new change of talent training mode and resource security system in local agricultural universities.In response to the new demands by the rural revitalization strategy,local agricultural universities still have some unsolved problems in discipline development mode,personnel training mode and social service mode.Local agricultural universities have begun to promote their own changes in these three aspects.
