摘  要:对中国石油6座储气库详细调研,发现储气库井工况与常规气井相比差异较大,其明显特征是载荷交变和低含水工况,但在储气库井管柱设计选材评价中并未凸显这一特征,造成储气库井管柱泄漏和腐蚀发生。同时分析现有气密封试验和腐蚀选材标准,发现现有气密封螺纹接头多在40%左右施加压缩载荷进行气密封试验,且腐蚀试验均在100%液体环境,已不适用于储气库管柱的选用,故提出了储气库管柱气密封螺纹接头选择应考虑交变载荷和接头压缩性能,且腐蚀选材应考虑低含水工况。通过对现有储气库管柱载荷计算、气密封循环试验和高温高压釜腐蚀试验,最终给出了交变载荷工况下储气库管柱气密封螺纹接头分级选用技术指标,以及低含水工况下储气库油套管区别耐蚀选材方法,且均纳入了中国石油天然气行业标准。By a detailed investigation of six Underground Gas Storage (UGS) with gas reservoirs of CNPC,it was found that UGS wells conditions were significantly different from those of conventional gas wells.The obvious features are the alternating load and low water-content conditions,but they were not highlight in the pipe string design and material selection evaluation in UGS wells,resulting in leakage and corrosion.At the same time,the existing gas sealing test and corrosion resistant material selection standards were analyzed.It was found that the gas-tight thread connection was tested by applying a 40% compression load and the 100% liquid corrosion environment was still used in corrosion resistant material selection test .Obviously these were not applicable to gas storage pipes.Considering the alternating load and low water-containing conditions,combined with load calculations of existing pipe string,gas sealing cycle tests of gas-tight thread connection and high-temperature autoclave corrosion tests of material,the technical specifications for the classification of gas-tight thread connection and the selection method of corrosion resistant material used in UGS wells are finally given. The special technical specifications of pipe string under alternating load and low water-containing conditions in UGS wells have been incorporated into the Chinese oil and gas industry standards.
