摘  要:针对智能变电站继电保护的发展现状,提出一种基于就地无防护安装的二次系统构架,并基于该构架对跨间隔的主设备保护提出解决方案,包括无防护就地化主变保护方案、部分集中式母线保护就地化方案以及基于共享网络的母线保护就地化方案。其中主变保护采用主子机的模式利用环网进行数据传输,光口数量大为减少,提高保护可靠性的同时使得无防护的就地化下放成为可能,基于分布式环网的同步技术保证了主子机之间的数据同步,同时兼顾子机的对外发送SV功能;部分集中式母线保护装置数量少,保护可靠性高,运维便利,基于共享网络的母线保护充分利用共享数据,结构简单,可靠性高。上述方案解决了智能变电站光纤众多、速动性低、可靠性不高、就地放置防护等级低等问题。In view of the current situation of the relay protection in intelligent substation, an architecture of the secondary system based on locally unguarded installation and an overall solution for the multi-interval main equipment protection based on the architecture is proposed in this paper. To be specific, a locally unguarded transformer protection scheme, a locally unguarded partial centralized bus protection, and a locally installed bus protection based on the shared network are involved. Because of the data transmission based on looped network with master and slave mode, the optical port quantity of the transformer protection device can significantly reduce, the reliability may be improved, and meanwhile the unguarded locally installation might be possible. With the help of synchronization technology based on distributed looped network, synchronization can be achieved among the master and slave machines, meanwhile the slave machines can send SV out;The advantage of partial centralized bus protection scheme are small quantity of device, high reliability and convenience operation and maintenance;The bus protection based on the shared network can make full use of the network, which leads to a high reliability with a simple structure. In summary, the overall solution helps to solve the problems of too much fiber, low rapidity, less reliability, low protection degree under the locally installation and so on.
