交沙霉素联合热淋清胶囊治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨交沙霉素联合热淋清胶囊治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的临床疗效。方法将60例男性NGU患者随机分成对照组(A组)和观察组(B组),每组30例。A组给予交沙霉素0.4mg口服,每天3次;B组在应用交沙霉素的同时,加用热淋清胶囊1.5 g口服,每天3次;持续用药10天后观察两组患者临床治疗效果、病原体转阴率、不良反应发生的情况。结果 B组的临床治疗效果优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组病原体转阴率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组病人均未出现明显不良反应。结论交沙霉素联合热淋清胶囊对男性非淋菌性尿道炎的临床治疗效果显著,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of josamycin combined with relinqing capsule in the treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis.Methods Sixty male NGU patients were randomly divided into control group(group A)and observation group(group B),30 cases in each group.Group A was given josamycin 0.4 mg orally,3 times a day;group B was added relinqing capsule 1.5 g orally,3 times a day.The treatment continued for 10 days and then the clin?ical effect,pathogen conversion rate and adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05).The pathogen conversion rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Josamycin combined with Relinqing Capsule has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis in men and it is safety.
