摘　　要：以来自国内不同地区51个循环流化床干法脱硫工艺所产生的不同时间段的120个干法脱硫灰的元素组成分析结果为研究对象,利用SPSS软件对数据进行主成分分析评价.通过评价可知,干法脱硫灰中的SiO_2、CaO、Al_2O_3、SO_3和LOI的波动性最大,Fe_2O_3、Na_2O、MgO、K_2O和Cl的波动性较小,但有些干法脱硫灰由于使用工业盐水,可能会导致Cl含量很高.通过主成分分析可知,SiO_2、Al_2O_3和Fe_2O_3三个指标之间的关联性较大;CaO、SO_3和LOI三个指标之间的关联性较大.当来自钢铁厂的脱硫灰综合得分小于0.6时,则表明其取样、运行参数、工况或吸收剂品质可能存在问题;当燃煤锅炉脱硫灰所产生脱硫灰的综合得分大于0.6时,则表明其运行情况可能存在不经济.120 dry FGD byproduct samples were collected from different time periods generated by 51 different dry scrubber units all over the country,and the data obtained were analyzed by principal component analysis and evaluation using SPSS software.Results of evaluation showed that SiO2,CaO,Al2O3,SO3 and LOI have much larger variable range than others while variable range of Fe2O3,Na2O,MgO,K2O and Cl is relatively small,however,Cl concentration detected in specific samples is higher due to the high Cl concentration in process water.While the results of analysis showed that there have close correlation among SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3 group and CaO,SO3,LOI group.When the comprehensive score of desulfurization ash from the steel plant is less than 0.6,it indicates that there may be problems in sampling,operating parameters,working conditions or absorbent quality;when the comprehensive score of desulfurization ash produced by desulfurization ash of coal-fired boiler is greater than 0.6,it indicates that its operation may be uneconomical.
