全域旅游视域下舟山群岛新区旅游咨询服务体系研究  

On Tourism Consulting Service System in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area from the Perspective of Global Tourism

摘　　要：旅游咨询服务是旅游公共服务的重要组成部分,在全域旅游发展模式下,做好旅游咨询服务体系建设至关重要。舟山群岛新区旅游咨询服务体系初步形成,通过调研,发现存在咨询功能效用发挥不足、咨询服务内涵建设不足、咨询资源整合不足、全域协调效应不足等问题。提升和完善舟山群岛新区旅游咨询服务体系,需要提高认识,合理布点,加强培训,充分发挥旅游咨询功能效用;强化内涵建设,塑造咨询品牌;探索政企合作、政府主导的创新型运作模式;贯彻全域旅游观念,构建旅游咨询主中心。Tourism consulting service is an important part of tourism public service.Under the mode of global tourism development,it is very important to build a good tourism consulting service system.The tourism consulting service system of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area has initially come into being.Our investigation witnesses such problems as insufficient utilization of consulting function,insufficient construction of consulting service connotation,insufficient integration of consulting resources and insufficient global coordination effect,and so on.In order to upgrade and improve the tourism consultation service system in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,we need to raise awareness,make rational layout,strengthen training,give full play to the effectiveness of tourism consultation function;We also need to strengthen connotation construction so as to shape consultation brand.At the same time,we need to explore innovative operation mode of either government-enterprise cooperation or government-led one to implement the concept of global tourism,thus building the main center of tourism consultation.
