摘　　要：近年来,我国研究生招生人数快速增长,研究生教育走上了规模化发展道路,作为研究生教育的起点和重要组成部分,研究生的招生质量直接关系到人才培养质量,影响着科研产出和学科建设水平。本文在分析同济大学生命科学与技术学院研究生招生工作现状的基础上,对影响研究生招生质量的几个重要因素进行了探讨,总结了我院在提高研究生招生质量方面的主要举措。In recent years,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in China has increased rapidly,and postgraduate education has embarked on the path of large-scale development.As the starting point and an important part of postgraduate education,postgraduate enrollment quality is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation and affects the output of scientific research and the level of discipline construction.Based on the analysis of the present situation of postgraduate enrollment in the School of Life Science and Technology of Tongji University,this paper discusses several important factors affecting the quality of postgraduate enrollment,and summarizes the main measures to improve the quality of postgraduate enrollment in our school.
