大学生人际适应能力的发展特点及教育对策研究

摘　　要：采用《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》研究大学生人际关系适应能力的发展特点。结果表明,大学生人际适应能力随着年级变化出现明显变化,大三是大学生人际适应能力发展的高峰期;女生人际适应能力优于男生;有兼职和学生干部经历的大学生人际适应能力更好;是否为独生子女不影响大学生人际适应能力。The"Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale of College Students'Interpersonal Relationship"is used to study the development characteristics of college students'interpersonal adaptability.The results show that the interpersonal adaptability of college students changes significantly with the grade:the junior is the peak period of the development of interpersonal adaptability of college students;the interpersonal adaptability of girls is better than that of boys;the interpersonal adaptability of college students with part-time jobs and student cadres is better;whether a student is the only child does not affect his or her interpersonal adaptability.
