锡膜修饰玻碳电极测定药品中铋的含量

摘  要:采用同位电沉积法将Bi^(3+)和Sn^(2+)还原在玻碳电极表面上,建立了示差脉冲阳极溶出伏安法(DPASV)测定Bi^(3+)的新方法。实验结果表明:Bi^(3+)在0.10 mol/L H_2SO_4溶液中在-0.90 V同位富集1.0×10^(-3)mol/L Sn^(2+)150 s后,Bi^(3+)L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为Ip=0.959 c+0.496 3,相关系数为L,用同一电极对同一个样品进行了15次平行测定,相对标准偏差RSD为3.28%,样品加标回收率为98.48%, RSD为1.05%。该方法用于测定胃铋治药品中Bi(III)的含量,结果满意。Bi^3+and Sn^2+were reduced on the surface of glassy carbon electrode by synchronous electrodeposition.A new method for the determination of Bi^3+by Differential Pulse Anodic Stripping Voltammetry was obtained.The experimental results show that 1.0×10^-3 mol/L Sn^2+was electrodeposited synchronously by Bi^3+in-0.90 V for 150 s in the 0.10 mol/L sulfuric acid solution.The stripping peak current of Bi^3+and the concentration showed a linear relationship within the range of 1.0×10^-6 mol/L^9.0×10^-6 mol/L.The linear equation is Ip=0.959 c+0.4963 and the correlation coefficient R=0.9971.The detection limit is 1.0×10^-10 mol/L.The relative standard deviation of the 15 measurements of the same sample with the same electrode was 3.28%.Sample recovery rate is 98.48%.The method was applied to the determination of Bi(Ⅲ)in Gastric Bismuth-treated drugs with satisfactory results.
