摘 要:苯作为一种高毒物品和致癌物,对其泄漏的监测在现代化工生产中越来越被重视。以国外某脱瓶颈项目中的苯泄漏监测系统为背景,依据苯的理化特性和国内外相关规范,结合项目实际情况,设计3种方案,进而从技术参数、施工难度、工程成本等方面综合分析,选择最优的方案实施,并对比介绍各方案的优缺点,为以后苯泄漏监测系统的设计提供参考。Benzene is a chemical with high toxicity and carcinogenicity. It is becoming more and more important to monitor leakage of benzene in chemical industry. At the background of a benzene leakage monitoring system design in an oversea debottlenecking project, the thesis is to achieve three solutions to monitor benzene leakage based on physicochemical properties of benzene and related codes of domestic and overseas. The best solution will be selected after comparisons on technical requirements, construction, cost and so on. For further design of benzene leakage monitoring system, an introduction of advantages and disadvantages of these three solutions will be made at the end.
