摘 要:本研究先对XGCF62钢进行了成分设计,并对该钢种的CCT曲线和回火工艺进行研究,且进行了工业性试验.研究结果表明,采用冷却温度为800~850℃,冷却速度≥15℃/s,终冷温度≤600℃的冷轧工艺可获得B或B+M组织,XGCF62钢经625~635℃×60 min回火后的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到628 MPa以上和562 MPa以上,延伸率超过20%,且-20℃冲击功超过220 J,达到石油储罐钢的相关标准.In the study, the composition of the XGCF62 steel was firstly designed, then the CCT curve and tempering process of this steel were analyzed and the industrial experiment was also carried out. The research results show that the B or B+M organization can be attained in the condition of the cooling temperature controlled at 800~850 ℃, the cooling rate more than 15 ℃/s, and final cooling temperature ≤below 600 ℃. After the XGCF62 steel is tempered at 625~635 ℃ for 60 minutes, the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel are more than 628 MPa and 562 MPa respectively, with the elongation rate exceeding 20% and impact energy more than 220J at -20 ℃, which is up to the relevant standards of oil tank steel.
