摘 要:建立了MTU956增压柴油机的进排气系统、燃油系统、气缸、转子动力学的数学模型。并根据建立的数学模型,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件为平台,建立了增压柴油机的平均值模型以及柴油机的典型故障模型。在此基础上,基于ETAS Labcar半物理仿真平台,将柴油机模型与MTU956柴油机的ECU实物以及执行器实物相连接,设计了柴油机电子调速器的半物理仿真验证平台。对ECU的启动、停机、加速、减速、增压器切入切出以及典型的故障工况进行了验证。结果表明,仿真平台的精度、实时性、可靠性均能满足要求。The mathematical models of intake and exhaust system, fuel system, cylinder and rotor dynamics of MTU956 turbocharged diesel engine are established. According to the established mathematical model, based on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform, the average value model of turbocharged diesel engine and the typical fault model of diesel engine are established. On this basis, based on the ETAS Labcar semi-physical simulation platform, the diesel engine model is connected with the ECU object and the actuator object of MTU956 diesel engine, and the semi-physical simulation verification platform of diesel engine electronic governor is designed. The start, stop, acceleration, deceleration, turbocharger cut in and out of the ECU and the typical fault conditions are verified. The results show that the accuracy, real-time and reliability of the simulation platform can meet the requirements.
