黑龙江省冰雪特色小镇的发展研究

摘　　要：2022年北京申请冬奥会的成功,给冰雪产业带来了巨大发展机遇。黑龙江省位于我国的东北地区,具有得天独厚的冰雪资源,随着冰雪产业的蓬勃发展,将冰雪产业和特色小镇融合一体,进而打造一种新形势下的冰雪特色小镇是必然产物。从理论和实际应用的视角界定了黑龙江省冰雪特色小镇的内涵,结合黑龙江省冰雪特色小镇的发展现状,发现其在发展过程中仍然存在着冰雪特色小镇季节性的限制、品牌知名度不高、基础设施不完善、产业融合度不高、文化底蕴不突出等问题。黑龙江省应增强全季性体验、树立小镇品牌、加强基础设施建设并引进人才和促进产业融合,从而提升冰雪特色小镇的核心竞争力,促进黑龙江省的经济增长和产业升级。The success of Beijing’s application for the Winter Olympic Games in 2022 has brought great opportunities for the development of the ice and snow industry. Heilongjiang province is located in the northeast of China, which has unique ice and snow resources. With the vigorous development of the ice and snow industry, it is inevitable to integrate the ice and snow industry and characteristic towns and create a new situation of ice and snow characteristic towns. From the perspective of theory and practical application, this paper defines the connotation of ice and snow characteristic towns in Heilongjiang province. Combining with the development status of ice and snow characteristic towns in the province, it is found that there are still problems in their development process, such as seasonal restrictions, low brand awareness, imperfect infrastructure, low degree of industrial integration, and lack of prominent cultural heritage. Heilongjiang should enhance the whole-season experience, establish the brand of small towns,strengthen infrastructure construction, introduce talents and promote industrial integration, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of small towns with ice and snow characteristics, and promote economic growth and industrial upgrading in the province.
