摘 要:以高效液相色谱测定出的复方卡托普利片中卡托普利和氢氯噻嗪的含量为标准,将化学计量学与近红外光谱技术相结合,分别建立复方卡托普利药片和药粉的定量分析模型。对药片模型和药粉模型的预测结果进行了比较,结果表明,药粉模型预测结果的准确度略优于药片模型。本方法操作简单,实验结果准确可靠,可同时快速检测复方卡托普利片中卡托普利和氢氯噻嗪的含量。The content of captopril and hydrochlorothiazide in compound captopril tablets was determined by HPLC. The quantitative analysis model of compound captopril tablets and powders was established by combining chemometrics with near-infrared spectroscopy. The prediction results of the tablet model and the powder model were compared. The results showed that accuracy of the prediction results of the powder model was slightly better than the tablet model. The method of operation was simple, the test result was accurate and reliable, and the content of captopril and hydrochlorothiazide in the compound captopril tablet could be quickly detected at the same time.
