维胺酯联合复方甘草酸苷治疗聚合性痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究维胺酯胶囊与复方甘草酸苷片等联合方法治疗聚合性痤疮的疗效。方法:采用随机法将60例聚合性痤疮的患者分为两组,其中对照组与观察组各30例。对照组:维胺酯胶囊50mg,每日口服三次;观察组:维胺酯胶囊50mg和复方甘草酸苷片3片,每日口服三次。所有患者均口服克拉霉素250mg,每日两次,持续2周及外用阿达帕林凝胶每晚涂抹一次。结果:对照组与观察组的有效率分别为53.3%、80.0%(χ~2=4.80,P<0.05)。结论:维胺酯和复方甘草酸苷联合对聚合性痤疮具有良好的效果。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of retimid-ester capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the cure of acne conglobata.Methods:60 patients of acne conglobata were randomly devided into two groups:control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Control group:Retimid-ester capsule 50 mg oral three times a day.Observation group:Retimid-ester capsule 50mg and 3 tablets of compound glycyrrhizin tablets were taken orally three times a day.All patients were treated with clarithromycin 250 mg twice a day for 2 weeks and adalpine gel once a night for external use.Results:The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were:53.3%,80.0%(χ^2=4.80,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The combination of retimid-ester and compound glycyrrhizin has a good effect on acne conglobata.
