摘 要:针对某特种液压缸内置磁致伸缩位移传感器发讯异常问题,使用ANSYS Electronics对磁环通过油管后的径向磁感应强度分布进行了仿真分析,同时,结合试验研究得出磁环磁感应强度经不同相对磁导率油管作用下的磁感应强度,仿真与试验结果基本一致。通过故障分析得出液压缸中油管铁磁性影响磁环磁感应强度分布,导致传感器发讯异常。分析油管的加工工艺,得出油管产生铁磁性的原因。通过优化油管加工工艺方法,消除了油管的铁磁性,解决了位移传感器发讯异常问题。Fault analysis on an abnormal working problem of magnetostrictive displacement sensor is made, which is based on simulation analysis and experimentation study on magnetic induction of magnetic ring through tubing. The experimental results and the simulation results are basically identical. Through fault analysis, it is concluded that the ferromagnetism of tubing in hydraulic cylinder affects the magnetic induction intensity distribution of magnetic ring, resulting in abnormal sensor transmission The ferromagnetism of tubing is eliminated by optimizing the processing technology, and the displacement sensor works normally.
