“胫骨远端双柱压杆瞄准器”在胫骨干骨折交锁钉手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价"胫骨远端双柱压杆瞄准器"在胫骨干骨折交锁钉手术中的应用效果。方法选取胫骨干骨折并接受交锁钉手术治疗的患者66例为观察对象,远端锁钉以实用新型专利"胫骨远端双柱压杆瞄准器"进行定位、置入,记录手术时间,术后1周的膝关节Lysholm评分及踝关节AOFAS评分。结果 66例患者手术时间为(35.6±12.7)min;术后1周患侧膝关节Lysholm评分为(85.09±10.26)分,优良率为95.45%;踝关节AOFAS评分为(84.65±14.02)分优良率为96.97%。结论在胫骨干骨折交锁钉内固定术中应用"胫骨远端双柱压杆瞄准器",疗效确切,手术时间短,术后功能恢复快且好。Objective To evaluate the effect of Distal Tibial Dual-Column Compression Bar Sight applied to interlocking nail surgery for tibial shaft fracture. Methods Sixty-six patients with tibial shaft fracture receiving interlocking nail surgery were enrolled as observation subjects, distal locking nails were positioned and inserted using Distal Tibial Dual-Column Compression Bar Sight which had gained national utility model patent. Operation duration as well as knee joint Lysholm score and ankle joint American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS) score at 1 week after operation was recorded. Results The operation duration of the 66 patients was 35.6±12.7 minutes;the Lysholm score for affected knee joint at 1 week after operation was 85.09±10.26, with the excellent and good rate of 95.45%;the ankle joint AOFAS score was 84.65±14.02, with the excellent and good rate of 96.97%. Conclusion Applying Distal Tibial Dual-Column Compression Bar Sight to interlocking nail surgery obtains a definite efficacy for tibial shaft fracture, with short operation duration and fast and good postoperative recovery.
