邢东矿二代矸石回填机的研究与应用

摘　　要：邢东矿井下存在大量的煤层块段和边角煤,需开采建下压煤及边角煤,但没有布置矸石充填工作面,为实现井下洗选矸石的回填,需巷道矸石充填设备,即矸石回填机。邢东矿一代矸石回填机已经无法满足巷道充填使用要求,针对这一问题,研发了二代矸石回填机。实践表明,新研发的矸石回填机实现了矸石充填机械化,提高了充填效率,降低了人员数量及劳动强度。A large number of coal seam blocks and corner coals in the underground of Xingdong Mine, it was necessary to mine the coal under buildings and corner coal, but without limestone filling work surface, in order to realize the backfilling of the underground coal preparation, the roadway vermiculite filling equipment was required. The first generation of meteorite backfilling machine of Xingdong Mine was unable to meet the requirements of filling and filling of roadway. In response to this problem, the second generation of meteorite backfilling machine was developed. Practice showed that the newly developed vermiculite backfilling machine realized the mechanization of vermiculite filling, improved the filling efficiency, and reduced the number of personnel and labor intensity.
