摘　　要：临床路径是规范诊疗行为的一种重要管理工具,信息化的临床路径是临床路径管理质量的重要保证。文章探讨了基于医院决策支持系统的临床路径指标要求对临床路径信息化进行设计,建立临床路径病种库,使临床路径医嘱与HIS系统完全融合,实时监控临床路径的实施情况、提取数据。临床路径信息化后的各项指标均有明显改进,为医生的临床工作提供了指导,真正起到规范诊疗、提高医疗质量的作用。Clinical pathway(CP) is an important management tool for standardizing diagnosis and treatment behaviors.Informationized CP is an important prerequisite to guarantee the quality of CP management. Based on the requirements for CP indicators in the hospital policy-supporting system, we designed the CP information system and established the disease-related group database, which enabled a complete integration of doctor’s orders in CP into the HIS system, the real-time monitoring of the CP implementation, and data extraction. With the informationization of CP, all the indicators have been significantly improved, which provides guidance for doctors’ clinical practices and plays a key role in standardizing diagnosis and treatment and improving health-care quality.
