摘  要:设计了一种以PLC为控制核心的小五金冲压控制系统,冲压机采用四柱式液压机,通过触摸屏构建人机交互系统,专门用于生产鞋类钢勾心并取得了良好的运行效果,结合机械自动下料、排料机构,实现了生产自动化,降低了噪声,提高了产品质量和劳动生产率。A small metal stamping control system with PLC as the control core has been designed. The stamping machine adopts a four-column hydraulic press to construct a human-computer interaction system through the touch screen. It is specially used for the production of shoes steel shanks and has achieved good running effect. By combination with the mechanical automatic unloading and discharging mechanism, the production automation has been realized and the noise has been reduced while product quality and labor productivity have been improved.
