摘  要:本文介绍了一种带大型旋转斜楔在顶盖外板侧整形模具中的应用与研究,通过在顶盖外板侧整形模具上采用大型旋转斜楔解决顶盖与前风窗玻璃搭接区域负角整形,实现凸模滑块放取件与侧整形状态切换,有效缩短了模具长宽方向上的工作行程,同时实现了弧形边侧整形过程料流可控,达到零件面差精度和外观质量要求。实际生产表明,该结构可有效解决整形起皱、回弹问题,有效降低模具尺寸,节约工装开发成本,缩短调试周期。The application and research of large rotating wedge in the side shaping die of the outer plate of the automotive top cover has been introduced in the text. By use of a large rotating wedge on side shaping die of the outer plate of the automotive top cover, the negative angle shaping of lap area between the top cover and the front windshield glass has been solved, and the switch between the punch slider and the side shaping state has been realized, which effectively shortens the working stroke in the direction of the length and width of the die, and at the same time realizes the controllable flow of the curved edge side shaping process in order to satisfy the part surface difference accuracy and appearance quality requirements. The actual production shows that the structure can effectively solve the problem of plastic wrinkling and rebound, which effectively reduces the size of the die, saves the development cost of the tooling, and shortens the debugging cycle.
