摘　　要：本文利用专用汽车生产企业中通用性强的液压折弯机,结合垃圾箱侧板特点,设计了一套简单适用的U形折弯模具。模具设计时分析了产品特点,核算模具有关参数,为中小批量生产提供了参考。By use of a versatile hydraulic bending machine in a special automobile manufacturing enterprise, in combination with the characteristics of the side panel of the garbage bin, a simple and suitable U-shaped bending die has been designed in the text. The product characteristics have been analyzed during design of the die. The relevant parameters of the die have been calculated. It provides reference for small and medium batch production.
