摘 要:对于蜂窝晶格的光子石墨烯,在布里渊区边界存在简并的点叫做狄拉克点。在狄拉克点附近有很多新奇的物理现象。而在三角晶格光子石墨烯的能带结构中,布里渊区边界拐点存在一个简并点,但它不同于狄拉克点,因为在这个简并点的频率对应两个不同的波矢。在光子晶体微波实验平台研究了这个简并点的微波传输特性。发现不同宽度的波束通过三角晶格的光子石墨烯后,其透射率展示出不同的特性,当入射波束较窄的时候,其传输特性类似赝扩散的行为,并进一步分析这种现象的物理机理。这些研究有助于人们更好的理解二维光子石墨烯,为光子石墨烯集成光学器件方面提供理论和实验依据。In the band structure of photonic graphenes with honeycomb lattice, the degenerate point is called as Dirac point. There are considerable novel physical phenomena around the Dirac point. In the band structure of the triangular lattice photonic graphenes, there is another degenerate point different from the Dirac point because there are two kinds of wave vectors at the frequency of degenerate point. In this scheme the transport properties of the latter degenerate point are investigated by microwave experiments. When several beams with different width traverse the photonic graphenes, the transmittances appear various properties. The transmission characteristics are similar to the pseudodiffusive behavior, while the incident beam is relatively narrow. This result is beneficial to the study of the transport properties of two-dimensional photonic graphene. It potentially paves the way for the applications of photonic graphenes in integrated photonic devices.
