摘  要:鞍钢35000m^3/h制氧机由法国液空公司制造安装,内压缩流程,全精馏制氩。投入粗氩塔耗时长,氩提取困难,粗氩塔易发生波动,每次粗氩塔的快速合格成为制约生产的关键。通过优化操作,可以缩短粗氩塔的合格时间,确保粗氩塔稳定运行,满足公司生产用氩的需求。The 35000 m^3 / h oxygen generator in Ansteel was manufactured and installed by French Air and Liquid Company,with internal compression process and full distillation argon generating.It took a long time to put in the crude argon column,crude argon was difficult to extract and the crude argon column often fluctuates.Quick qualification of crude argon column always became a major restriction to production.By optimizing the operation,the plant has shortened the qualification time of the crude argon column,ensured stable operation of the column and satisfied the demand for argon from company production.
