摘  要:G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)作为一种新型膜受体,在子宫、卵巢、甲状腺、乳腺、心血管系统等中正常表达,可促进内源性和外源性雌激素与其特异性结合,介导的靶细胞发生快速生物学效应,在细胞增殖和分化中起重要作用。然而正常组织中异常表达的GPR30可导致细胞增殖异常,这与高度恶化的子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌的发病及疾病进展密切相关。同时,GPR30也参与子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、盆底器官脱垂等良性疾病的发生。G protein-coupled receptor30(GPR30) is a novel membrane receptor when normally expressed in uterus, ovary ,thyroid,breast,and cardiovascular system,promotes endogenous and exogenous estrogen to specifically bind to it, mediates the rapid biological effects of target cells,and plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation. However,GPR30,when abnormally expressed in normal tissues,can cause abnormal cell proliferation,which is closely related to the onset and progression of highly deteriorating endometrial cancer,cervical cancer and ovarian cancer.At the same time,GPR30 is also involved in the occurrence of some benign diseases such as endometriosis,uterine fibroids,and pelvic floor prolapse.
