摘　　要：中性粒细胞是先天性免疫吞噬细胞,在免疫防御中具有核心作用。随着对中性粒细胞在病原体清除、免疫调节以及疾病病理学中研究的深入,中性粒细胞外陷阱(NETs)作为中性粒细胞的一种新型的免疫防御机制被提出,其不仅能够杀灭病原体,还具有多种其他的生物学作用。NETs参与多种疾病的发病机制,尤其在炎性疾病中具有重要作用,其异常增多或减少都会影响各种急、慢性炎性疾病的病理过程,具有双向调节作用。Neutrophils are innate immune phagocytes that have a central role in immune defence.With the deepening research on the role of neutrophils in pathogen clearance,immune regulation and disease pathology in recent years,neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) have been proposed as a novel immune defense mechanism for neutrophils,which not only kills pathogens,but also has many other biological effects.NETs is involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases,especially in inflammatory diseases,affecting the pathological process in acute and chronic inflammatory diseases through their abnormal increase or degradation,which plays a dual- directional regulation role.
