眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛的临床效果。方法选择我院自2014年1月-2018年6月收治的81例上脸皮肤松弛者,将其随机分为2组,对照组39例行传统重睑成形术,观察组42例行眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组术后满意度为90.48%明显高于对照组64.10%,相对比,P<0.05。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.76%明显低于对照组25.64%,相对比,P <0.05。结论眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛者,有较好的疗效,值得借鉴。Objective to analyze the clinical effect of subeyebrow incision and orbicularis oculi muscle suspension in the treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity. Methods 81 cases of upper face skin laxity treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 39 patients in the control group received conventional double eyelid plasty, and 42 patients in the observation group received subeyebrow incision orbicularis oculi suspension.Results: the postoperative satisfaction of the observ ation group was 90.48%, significantly higher than that of the control group(64.10%).The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.76% in the observation group, significantly lower than 25.64% in the control group, P < 0.05.Conclusion the subeyebrow incision orbicularis oculi muscle suspension is effective in treating upper eyelid skin laxity.
