超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的效果临床探讨

摘　　要：目的观察和评价超脉冲CO_2 false点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的疗效。方法选取我院于2018年3月-8月间收治的50例痤疮凹陷性疤痕患者,随机将其分为观察组、对照组,其中观察组患者25例,接受超脉冲CO_2 false点阵激光联合微针治疗;对照组患者25例,接受常规治疗,评估超脉冲CO_2 false点阵激光联合微针疗法的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%(24/25),高于对照组的72.0%(18/25),两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),不良反应轻微;观察组患者的愈合时间也要明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_2 false点阵激光联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕比单用超脉冲CO_2 false点阵激光有效,能够在更短的时间改善患者受损皮肤(这个最好在结果里有,才能下这个结论,因此建议结果里再附上一个愈合时间的比较表格),因此值得推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of super pulse lattice laser combined with microneedle therapy on acne pitting scar. Methods 50 patients with acne scar from March to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 25 patients in observation group were treated with ultra-pulse dot array laser combined with micro-needle therapy,while 25 patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy to evaluate the clinical value of ultra-pulse dot array laser combined with micro-needle therapy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%(24/25), higher than 72.0%(18/25) of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The adverse reactions were mild;the healing time of patients in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultra-pulsed lattice laser combined with micro-needle therapy is more effective in treating acne pitting scars than single-use Ultrapulsed lattice laser, which can improve the damaged skin of patients in a shorter period of time(this is best in the results, in order to reach this conclusion, it is suggested to attach a healing to the results. Comparing tables with time, so it is worth popularizing.
