540 nm强脉冲光联合丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究540nm强脉冲光联合丹参酮胶囊治疗面部痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的面部痤疮患者118例(2017年6月至2018年12月)作为研究对象,简单随机化分为对照组(59例)、观察组(59例)。对照组给予540nm强脉冲光治疗,观察组给予540 nm强脉冲光+丹参酮胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.53%(54/59),高于对照组71.19%(42/59)(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.39%(2/59),低于对照组13.56%(8/59)(P <0.05)。结论面部痤疮患者应用540nm强脉冲光联合丹参酮胶囊治疗可取得显著疗效,还可降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of 540 nm intense pulsed light combined with tanshinone capsule in the treatment of facial acne. Methods 118 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital(June 2017 to December 2018) were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into control group(59 cases) and observation group(59 cases). The control group was treated with 540 nm intense pulsed light, while the observation group was treated with 540 nm intense pulsed light plus tanshinone capsule. The therapeutic effects, Qol-acne scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.53%(54/59), higher than 71.19%(42/59) in the control group(P < 0.05)., and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.39%(2/59), lower than that in the control group(13.56%(8/59)(P < 0.05)..Conclusion The application of 540 nm intense pulsed light combined with tanshinone capsule in the treatment of facial acne patients can achieve remarkable curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
