摘　　要：前臂软组织缺损多见于外伤、烧伤、感染和肿瘤切除后,而修复前臂软组织缺损是当前面临的一个难题。软组织修复主要取决于伤口的大小和位置、损伤的复杂性、周围组织的状况、重要结构的暴露。局部皮肤皮瓣,可以修复手部、前臂和手臂的小范围缺损。当这些皮瓣的活动受限时,可以利用区域皮瓣和自由皮瓣。为了患者预后良好,需要仔细考虑皮瓣的选择,同时要求细致的术中解剖,以及术后的护理治疗。本文简要就前臂创面修复的难易提供局部、区域和自由皮瓣等不同选择,强调不同方法的好处和挑战。Repairing forearm soft tissue defects is a challenge,it can be found in trauma, burn, infection and tumor resection, Soft tissue wound repair mainly depends on the size and location of the wound, the complexity of the injury, the condition of the surrounding tissue, and the exposure of important structures. Local skin flap can repair small scale defects of hand, forearm and arm. When these cant repair it,regional flaps and free flaps can be used. For the good prognosis of patients, it is necessary to carefully consider the choice of skin flap,as well as careful intraoperative dissection and postoperative care.This article briefly discusses the diffculty of forearm wound repair and provide different options of local area flap and free flaps,emphasizing the benefits and challenges of different methods.
