手背浅静脉逆行穿刺在老年患者输液中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手背浅静脉逆行穿刺在老年输液患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月我科收治的314例老年患者,将其随机分为观察组(手背静脉逆行穿刺)和对照组(手背静脉顺行穿刺),各157例。比较两组患者的一次穿刺成功率、液体渗漏情况、患者满意度和疼痛程度。结果观察组患者一次穿刺成功率及满意度均高于对照组,液体渗漏率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组无疼痛患者占比为69.43%,高于对照组的52.23%(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度分布情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手背浅静脉逆行穿刺在老年患者中的应用效果显著,不仅可以减少液体渗漏,减轻患者的疼痛,而且能提高穿刺成功率及患者满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of retrograde puncture of superficial vein on back of hand in elderly transfusion patients.Methods A total of 314 elderly patients admitted in our department from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (retrograde puncture of vein on back of hand) and control group (anterograde puncture of vein on back of hand),with 157 cases in each group.The success rate of primary puncture,leakage of liquids,satisfaction and pain degree of patients of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of primary puncture and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The proportion of patients without pain in the observation group was 69.43%,which was higher than 52.23% in the control group (P<0.05);the distribution of pain degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The retrograde puncture of superficial vein on back of hand in elderly patients has a remarkable effect.It can not only reduce the fluid leakage and pain of patients,but also improve the success rate of puncture and satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
