摘  要:灌浆连接段在海上风机支撑结构中得到了广泛运用。由于灌浆连接段独特的几何构成,其内部浆体的变形和应力状态难以用试验方式得到。因此,基于已有试验结果,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对灌浆连接段试件在压弯荷载下的力学性能进行了分析。将有限元分析结果与试验结果对比,从试件破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线和钢管纵向应变分布三方面验证了有限元模型的可靠性。基于有限元分析结果,对灌浆连接段浆体及钢管的应力分布和变形进行深入分析,进而得到了灌浆连接段压弯荷载的传递机理。研究结果表明:灌浆连接段主要通过形成灌浆料斜压短柱来将荷载从套管传递至桩管,且钢管的破坏先于灌浆体。The grouted connection has been widely used in offshore wind turbine support structures.Due to the unique geometrical structure,it is difficult to obtain the deformation and stresses distribution of the grout through experiment study.Therefore,mechanical behaviors of the grouted connections under combined bending and axial loading were studied by using finite element software ABAQUS.The numerical results were verified by the experimental results with comparisons of failure modes,load displacement curves and longitudinal strain distribution of steel tubes.Furthermore,the stress distribution and deformation of the grout,the inner and outer steel tube were analyzed in depth,thus the load transmission mechanism of the grouted connection was clarified.The results show that the grout transfer load from the sleeve to the pile through the formation of oblique compression struts,and the damage of the steel pipe precedes the grout failure.
