海外并购对青岛市制造业产业升级的影响与策略研究

摘　　要：青岛市作为"中国制造2025"试点示范城市,制定了从"青岛制造"向"青岛智造"跨越的战略目标,越来越多的制造业企业通过海外并购实现从生产制造端向产业链上游和产业链下游延伸的产业升级效应,但海外并购中蕴含的巨大风险会对制造业产业升级产生消极的影响。企业应通过制定以产业升级为导向的海外并购战略、优化海外并购资金设计方案和设计并购后的全球价值链整合策略,以加快实施海外并购战略,推进青岛市制造业产业转型升级。As a pilot demonstration city of "Made in China 2025", Qingdao has made a strategic goal from “Made in Qingdao” to “Intelligent Manufacturing in Qingdao". More and more manufacturing enterprises have achieved the industrial upgrading effect from the manufacturing end to the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain through overseas M&A, however, the huge risks involved in overseas M&A will have a negative impact on the manufacturing industry upgrading. Enterprises should make the overseas M&A strategy oriented by industrial upgrading, optimize the overseas M&A funds scheme and establish the global value chain integration strategy to speed up the implementation of the overseas M&A and promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Qingdao.
