非那雄胺联合坦索罗辛治疗高危前列腺增生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨非那雄胺联合坦索罗辛在高危前列腺增生治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年9月至2018年12月我院治疗的200例高危前列腺增生患者病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为2组,各100例。对照组仅予以坦索罗辛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以非那雄胺治疗,比较两组尿量情况、前列腺体积、前列腺症状、生活质量改善情况及临床治疗总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组最大尿流量均增多,残余尿量及前列腺体积均减少,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组IPSS评分均有所降低,各维度生活质量评分均升高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.00%(91/100),高于对照组的68.00%(68/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将非那雄胺与坦索罗辛联合用于高危前列腺增生患者治疗中,可有效帮助其改善尿量情况、生活质量,并缩小前列腺体积等,临床疗效确切。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of finasteride combined with tansoroxine in the treatment of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 200 cases of high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from September 2013 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with tansoroxine only,and the observation group was treated with finasteride on the basis of the control group.The urine volume,prostate symptom, quality of life improvement and total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with pre-treatment,the maximum urine flow increased in both groups.The residual urine volume and prostate volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the IPSS scores of the two groups were decreased and the scores of quality of life in each dimension were increased,and the range of changes in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.00%(91 / 100),which was higher than that in the control group (68.00%(68/100), P<0.05).Conclusion: Finasteride combined with tansoroxine is used in the treatment of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.It can effectively improve the volume of urine,quality of life,and reduce the volume of prostate,etc.
