摘  要:在真空开关的使用期内,真空灭弧室除开合工作电流和短路电流外,还承担着断口隔离的任务。为保证真空开关在电力系统中安全可靠地运行,真空灭弧室作为真空开关的核心器件,其绝缘能力的保证至关重要。本文通过一系列老炼试验,以及老炼试验过程中对真空灭弧室外绝缘的保护,为灭弧室生产过程提供一套提高真空灭弧室绝缘水平的有效途径,并通过老炼试验的摸索,寻找出真空灭弧室雷电冲击耐压水平与老炼电压的关系。During the service life of vacuum switch, vacuum interrupter not only opens and closes working current and short circuit current, but also undertakes the task of fracture isolation. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of vacuum switch in power system, vacuum interrupter as the core device of vacuum switch, its insulation ability is very important. In this paper, through a series of aging tests and the protection of vacuum interrupter insulation in the process of aging test, an effective way to improve the insulation level of vacuum interrupter was provided for the production process of vacuum interrupter. Through the exploration of aging test, the relationship between lightning impulse withstand voltage level of vacuum interrupter and aging voltage was found.
