输血科实习生带教体会

摘　　要：随着输血医学的不断发展,输血医学也在不断进步,输血科的日常工作也发生了极大的变化,将来对于输血医学专业的医学生也会有不停的需求。对此,对于输血医学生的培养模式也会随之相应的改变。本文通过阐述目前输血科的发展现状及需求,然后结合不同培养层次临床实习生在输血科的临床实习工作情况,从目前临床输血工作的重点、实习生对输血工作的已经掌握情况以及现有实习生目前对于输血工作最薄弱的环节、最缺乏的知识技能方面着手,培养真正需要的输血科工作人员。并以之前的带教经验,谈谈从带教教师和学生两方面相结合以提升实习带教质量的相应体会,以期望为输血科培养更加优秀的专业人才。With the continuous development of transfusion medicine,blood transfusion medicine is also making progress,and the daily work of the blood transfusion department has undergone great changes.In the future,there will be constant demand for medical students of transfusion medicine.In this regard,the training mode for transfusion medical students will also change accordingly.This article explains the current status and needs of the current transfusion department,and then combines the clinical internships of clinical interns in different blood culture levels,from the current focus of clinical blood transfusion work,the internship to the blood transfusion work,and the existing Interns are currently working on the weakest link in blood transfusion work,the most lack of knowledge and skills,and training the blood transfusion staff who really need it.With the previous teaching experience,I will talk about the combination of teaching teachers and students to improve the quality of internship teaching,and hope to train more excellent professionals for the blood transfusion department.
