基于产出的高校科研实验室用房动态管理模式探索

摘　　要：高校科研实验室用房的供需矛盾是当前很多高校特别是工科院校的痛点。江西理工大学通过尝试使用"定额分配,超额有偿使用,动态调整"的管理模式,优化实验室用房构成,提高实验室产出。本文结合江西理工大学材料学院实验室用房管理改革实际来探索更合理的管理模式,为科研助力,提高科研产出。It’s still a big challenge to maintain the balance between supply and demand of laboratory area in most of the universities,especially for engineering college.A novel management mode,named as quota allocation,pay for the excess area and dynamic adjustment,has been applied by school of materials science and technology,Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.This mode facilitates the optimization of laboratory room,and promote the efficiency of scientific research.Herein,we analyzed the relationship between laboratory management reform and the status of our school;A reasonable management model,which is important for promoting research progress and efficiency,has been proposed.
