摘  要:地方高师院校参与下的"三位一体"中小学教师继续教育培训是以地方高师院校为核心,与地方政府、各中小学三方面进行深入合作进行中小学教师继续教育的模式,是中小学教师继续教育模式的一种创新,这种模式的有效运行对于中小学教师继续教育的开展具有重要意义。The "Trinity" of continuing education and training for primary and secondary school teachers with the participation of local colleges and universities is a model of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers,which is based on local colleges and universities and has in-depth cooperation with local governments and primary and secondary schools.It is an innovation of the mode of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers.The effective operation of this mode is of great significance to the development of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers.
