抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文版在临床医学本科生中应用的信效度评价

摘　　要：[目的]对抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(The Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale,DASS-42)进行信度和效度检验。[方法]选取3所高校在校临床医学生共320名参与调查,评价DASS-42量表的内部一致性、重测信度、结构效度、收敛效度和区分效度。[结果]DASS-42量表的内部一致性系数(Cronbach′α系数)为0.956,各子量表的Cronbach′α系数均>0.8,重测信度为0.884;量表总分与各子量表的相关系数分别为0.922(抑郁)、0.927(焦虑)、0.931(压力);量表共提取3个公因子(分别是抑郁、焦虑、压力),解释总变量的58.45%;量表的收敛效度和聚合效度验证合理。[结论]中文版DASS-42量表具有良好的信度与效度,建议在相关研究领域推广使用。Objective: To test the reliability and validity of The Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale (DASS-42)of the Chinese version. Methods: A total of 320 clinical medical students from 3 colleges and universities were selected to participate in the survey to evaluate the internal consistency,test-retest reliability,structural validity,convergence validity and discriminant validity of DASS-42. Results: The internal consistency coefficient(Cronbach′s α coefficient) of DASS-42 was 0.956,the Cronbach′s α coefficient of each subscale was >0.8,and the test- retest reliability was 0.884.The total score of the scale and the subscales correlation coefficients were 0.922 (depression),0.927 (anxiety),and 0.931(stress)respectively.The scale extracted 3 common factors (depression,anxiety,stress),explaining 58.45% of the total variables.The convergence validity and aggregation validity ware verified. Conclusions: The DASS-42 of Chinese version had good reliability and validity,which was recommended to promote in relevant research fields.
